Delivery Policy

All orders attract a delivery fee of $15.00 for any destination in Australia/internationally.
Thomas Logistics may decline to deliver items to an international address that cannot be verified.

Orders will be processed after payment by the customer is confirmed.  
If payment confirmation is not received, orders will not be processed and will be deleted 5 working days after order placement.

Orders paid by cheque or EFT will not be processed until the payment is cleared by the relevant financial institution.

Website Orders received with payment confirmed before 2 pm (AEST/ AESST) on a work day, will be processed the same day.

Website Orders received with payment confirmed after 2 pm (AEST/ AESST) on a work day, or received with payment confirmed on a non-working day, will be processed for despatch the next working day.

Website Orders will be delivered to Australian addresses within 5 working days from receipt of payment of a correctly detailed order.

Orders manually placed by either email, fax, mail or phone, using the CASA Manual Order Form, will be delivered to Australian addresses within 7 working days of receipt of a correctly detailed order plus payment confirmation.
